Nithya Reuben, a qualified HR & Administration professional with more than two decades of significant work experience in the UAE.

Hails from India, her professional career commenced in Britannia Industries, Chennai, as a management trainee. Moved on as a Senior administrator in UP Electronic Corporation. worked in Bangalore and Chennai before relocating to Dubai in 1993 joining the prestigious National Photographics company, UAE.
Her career journey took her to Nuplas Industries FZCO, followed by getting onboard the F & B Division (Baskin Robbins) of the Galadari Brothers. Entrusted to head its Personnel & Administration section for around a decade during which the brand achieved exponential business growth. Contributed significantly to the growth of the organisation while demonstrating ability to identify improvements and increase efficiencies.

Year 2011, joinedKhaleej Times as Head of HR Services -. Volunteered to take additional responsibilities by initiating innumerable awareness programmes, organisig training & development sessions, motivational workshops and knowledge transfer activities.

Nithya is a steadfast believer in human capital (employees being the primary asset of any organisation) and a keen advocate of CSR, community outreach and volunteerism. Truly committed to the cause of giving back to the community by engaging herself with socially responsible business entities.

India and UAE. At will is at ease with blue-colour workers and actively involves in youth-empowerment prorgrammes too. Besides her entrepreunerial journey during the 2020 pandemic times has contributed extensively as frontline warrior in various Covid 19 relief activities. And the service continues to this day in myriad ways to help improve the lives of the vulnerable and marginalised segments of the society.

Ravi Ramani has been a key member of the team that built GEMS Education into a multi billion dollar worth business.GEMS today, occupies market leading position within the Private K-12 sector globally.

In his 16 years with GEMS, Ravi held leadership positions across Product Development, Business Strategy, Corporate Finance, Investor Relations and Regulatory affairs functions. Ravi has been the key architect & co-creator of GEMS school-operating models. Ravi has deep functional expertise relevant to the Education sector and has been a ‘bridge’ between Education & Commerce.

Ravi is a Harvard AMP Graduate and Chartered Accountant with 20+ years experience in strategy and financial management.

Co-Founder of SmartLife Foundation in Dubai, an NGO that helps Blue Collar Workers by means of teaching them Spoken English, Arabic, Basic Computer Operations & Special Skills related to their work. SmartLife also runs various other projects through which it helps them with their Medical, Welless or even grooming their special talents like Singing, Dancing or Sports.

SmartLife Foundation India aims to address the basic well being of underprivileged children & retired elders.

Co-Founder of Future Intelligence Centre in Dubai & India, organisation that helps children exposed to the possible obsolete jobs in next 15 years which are available today and to be prepared for the new jobs which are not prevailing today, but will be in demand in the future.

Every child is born with a unique capability, that needs to be identified & channelized in such a way that they will love what they do. This can be achieved by providing relevant exposure on the do’s and don’t’s for them to become Future-Ready!
